Here it is Wednesday evening already. Where does the time go?! Hope all are having a great week! I spent the weekend, and part of this week making hats. First up are hats I am hoping to sell. No takers yet, but I shall persevere. Didn’t list them in my Etsy shop…at least not yet. I have them posted on a couple different Facebook “flea market” type pages (local), and will see how they do on there first. It won’t be long until it’s dirt track race season in these parts, thus the inspiration for these hats. The hat itself is my own doing, but the race car applique can be purchased here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/EverLaughter If you are in the market for applique patterns, I highly recommend her designs. I’ve bought many of them, and have always been very pleased with the patterns.
My 10 year old great-niece is doing a project for school in which she is collecting hats and scarves to donate to a women’s shelter. I made these hats to donate. Sent them to her yesterday. I had fun making the pom-poms!
Now for the pretty birds that were mentioned in the subject line.
